believe in anything is a right that no one should be able to control or impose upon. All religious denominations believe differently, and we have no right to question those beliefs. There are designated places to teach those beliefs: an educational facility teaches educational facts, such as, two plus two is four and George Washington was the first President of the United States. We can teach people through knowledge but we can not make them believe in what we believe in. Designating school prayer would be imposing on a child's beliefs in an educational facility.
Let us allow our government to act on political issues and remain neutral in all matters of religion. Let us reinforce the reasons why government is elected. We want them to preserve our American rights, the rights of all people, so well-described in the Declaration of Independence! If we want our children to have religion, then we should provide it. Let's not allow our government to insist it! Bureaucrats and activists need to hear our voices that are not even speaking out! Our children are not asking for religion in their classrooms; rather they are asking for candy at the dinner table. Let our children be children and not force them into the adult world of hostility.
