All Programs that Are Aimed at Women and Are Affirmative in Orientation Should Be Abolished Because They Provide for Unfair Discrimination in Favor of Women

The law prohibits discrimination in all aspects of employment, including recruitment, selection, evaluation, promotion, training, compensation, discipline, retention and working conditions.
According to analyses, we can clearly understand the disadvantaged group which has been subject to most investigation is the female population. A change in attitude which has encouraged a greater commitment towards full-time and long-term participation. One consequence of these changes is that women have generally desired more from their labour market activities and have questioned whether many of the existing labour market institutions and practices are suited to their new attitudes to work. Women assuredly belong to the part of disadvantaged groups have much more reasons to support it. So we should disagreed with abolish affirmative action, EEO policies in favour of women.
