In conclusion, „Southwestern Advantage” is made for students who have high expectations for their lives. Company’s reputation helps students to gain credible and highly valued work experience. Students profit fully depends on their input in job therefore they learn to work independently and motivate themselves. Southwestern gives students the opportunity to constantly challenge themselves and for this reason, they experience personal growth, because they taste the moment when they feel they cannot go on but cannot go back either and that is when humans grow. During summer students gain skills which are highly-rated by the employers and it gives them head-start over other course-mates at their universities when looking for a job. At the same time, students get world-class sales training and can build their own business or grow within the company. After hard work students are rewarded trips around the world. All these benefits outweight the disadvantages if student is brave enought to challenge himself. I personally will spend my summer 2018 selling books door-to-door and would recommend other students to experience the same.…
